co2 tank fill in moab?

Is there anywhere in or near moab to get a 20# powertank filled? I finally got my tank in and fount out the town I live in sucks and nobody will fill my tank, they all just want to exchange my nice powdercoated tank for some beat up nasty tank...

Plus most Praxairs are exchange only. Hard to find a place that does fills these days. I'm glad I run generic aluminum ten pounders, a bit harder to find a place that has them in stock but I have no qualms exchanging them.
