Friend having issues.

I have a friend that set up an acount but this is what he is getting when he tries to sign in.

User name is salsxj

here is what it says and said before when i tried to post on NAXJA

Any help would be greatfull.

They haven't followed the URL in the confirmation email. Have them check their spam folder for a misclassified note.

That email is long gone he said. and he cant just make a new one since this aoucnt is still attaced to the email. he said he can log in but cant do anything is there a way to resend the email?

Wait.... he no longer has access to that email? He'll have to get into his control panel and change his email address. That, by itself, will send out a new confirmation email.
