How do I keep my coils from falling out???

Dude did/is getting a custom track bar made
Out of that whole deal.
Maybe I should try to make some axles out of pvc and see if any one will donate some custom axles. :/

lol Im going to glue some quarters to a tooth pick and run that!

The normal Wednesday night bash thread...

I had same issue didn't wanna loose flex , ended up cutting out the coil buckets an doing hoops an 16" travel airshocks , have weight on all tires , still needs limiting straps though

those 16" airshocks stay "seated" throughout the entire length of travel. which is what we are trying to tell this guy to do, but he doesn't seem to understand that somebody somewhere may have already had his issue and solved it.

Yep problem is to make that flex work it cost me an extra grand

That gives me an idea, we had tons of cutoffs of rebar coils left over from a continuous spiral caisson job a few years back.

How do I calc the spring rate? its #5 bar, and the coils are 2' in diameter. Would these work for my jeep?

3lbs of spring weight, 500lbs of static weight

Gone but not forgotten...
Lifting tires is fun.......:D(Don't mind the fact that my skidplate is stuck on the rock and I had one disco still connected)
