As it almost as hot here in ca as co, my Bro who is a golfer, and i installed a mister on his cart , and i was thinking it would help with the heating issuer on the xj' when wheeling just put the nozzle in front of the grill and when working it will drop the air temp by 25 degrees .,he got his from ez mister just google it

Just put one over my back patio. Ace had them on the way to the checkout counter. Works pretty well. Occasionslly a nice cool mist wafts over my bald head. Feels good. :)

I remember my pops having canvas bags that he would fill with water, to hang in front of the radiator. Maybe they were for the tractor, but I remember seeing old pictures of these on cars.

^^Very Old School. Think about when horsepower was actually developed by horses Old School.

Water migrates through the canvas and evaporates, chilling the contents of the bag. You would be amazed at how well it works. My Dad would do this also on road trips so we would have some cool water to drink.

The bags were made from flax. It gave the water a clean and sweet taste. The military actually uses something similar in the sandbox.
