Nacfest 19...after the fire!

Hey all!
To everyone who contributed and attended, I thank you so much for all your help, before and after the event! This was a bigger one, and from the feedback I'm getting a pretty darned good one, so again, thank you all for any and all of your contributions, large or small, it did not go unnoticed!
I need to get stuff up on the board and FB quickly while we have the momentum.... Cabins in Q are all open right now but one, so I'll ask, should I take the two adjacent RV sites now to have some semi private area for evening get-togethers? Its father's day weekend and fireworks weekend next year, so stuff will fill up fast..
We need to move on some things.

Looks like the 2 adjacent rv sites are taken already unless that was you. I believe I'm going to grab one of the Q cabins again. All three of the S cabins are open by the other bathrooms right now

Obviously I shouldn't need one, but we have to spread the word fast before it all fills up...we need to pack up at least one semi-isolated area to have nightly b.s.sessions!

So what is the actual monies situation? Rocktoberfest planning can't happen in a vacuum. What is the final check off for nacfest?
We sent in our receipts as well, how about reimbursement for that outlay?

I talked with Steve at buddys yesterday and he's not really set up to do a German themed catering...just not in the cards for him to go off menu. He could of course provide the base sausage and peppers and we could build off of that, but again, I'll need to know what we are working with cash wise. That's reality. We love doing this but for those not in the know, keep in mind that it has been a major cash outlay on our part to do the event.
And when I say that, I do mean personal outlay.

EDIT: I forgot to include the $1,000 the club spent on raffle prizes. The numbers below have been adjusted and are correct now.

Sorry for the delay. Here are the numbers (trophies are actually the dash plaques)

We cleared just over $1k from NACFest this year. It's important to note that the raffle this year was HUGE and brought in a lot of revenue. It shows the importance of working hard to put on a good show.

Anyway, there is over $4k just sitting in the bank account.

Note to Rich - I don't have any receipts from the drinks you and Carol provided, or for the reward plaques you guys also took care of. Let me know the amount and I'll get another check out to you.

Honestly Jordan I think that receipt is lost and it wasn't a large amount. Nor was the tally for the drinks. I'm unconcerned about that, honestly. A successful event was payment enough, and this one was, by all measures, so again, great job, everyone!
Lessons were learned regarding raffle solicitations and I do think we will do even better next year, regardless of whether or not we actually purchase items. That said, it appears to have worked to drive ticket sales, no question.
Nice that we have a healthy account to be able to do that, it obviously pays dividends down the line.

Sooo....let's hear suggestions and ideas regarding rocktoberfest and discuss so we can flesh things out!
