Replace 'Vendor's Marketplace' forum with 'NAXJA Sponsors' forum.
Remove 'Vendors Advertisements', 'Vendors Specials' and 'Vendors Give Aways', possibly also 'Feedback'
Create a new dedicated sub-forum for each Sponsor
Give the sponsor as many sponsor accounts as they need. Mark each account with a visible 'Gold Level Sponsor', 'Tin Level Sponsor' badge to match the sponsorship they are providing.
Create a dedicated sponsor sub-forum in 'NAXJA Sponsors' E.g. 'Clayton Offroad Manufacturing' as the sub-forum name, gives them instant recognition as a sponsor.
Only members and sponsors should be able to post in a Sponsor's sub-forum. Sponsors cannot post in each other's forums. Read only for everyone else.
I have been thinking about this more today and I don't like how the current sponsorship levels publicly expose the sponsors financial commitment. This might have a negative effect in attracting new sponsors, particularly smaller ones.
I think it would be better to operate a slightly different system that keeps the level schemes from a contractual viewpoint but from the public's viewpoint that there are only two types of sponsors; Those that have their own dedicated sub-forum on NAXJA and those that don't. Only the BOD and Sponsorship will know the level of financial commitment from each sponsor. The benefits that a sponsor gets will still be governed by the level they have paid to join and the benefits they receive. The BOD can decide what level becomes the threshold for acquiring a dedicated sub-forum and it should also be optional to have one. Some sponsor's may not want a sub-forum.
