As per our bylaws set up for ANY official event......

All vehicles must have the following items & equipment to attend the off road portion of RRC sponsored Events:

  • Legally required automobile insurance and registration
  • Fire extinguisher
  • First Aid Kit
  • Tow Rope (no metal hooks allowed), Tow Chain, or Winch
  • Safety belts
  • Spare tire, jack, and lug wrench
  • Front or Rear Recovery Point required (both HIGHLY recommended)
  • CB (HIGHLY recommended, but not mandatory)

this is addition to any rules that the park has......

No need to gripe at any of it, you missing something get it fixed and lets go wheeling and have a good safe time doing it.
