Fine with me, better to have something like that for clothing, food, and school supplies than hunting supplies, unnecassary appliances, "toys", ect.

What are you talking about? EVERY day is a 2nd amendment sales tax holiday in Chicago! Why, the government has thoughtfully also made the purchase price $0.00. They've even removed the terrible responsibility of possession of firearms. You should than your lords and masters for this kindness!
